Registering a team

The cap calculator is the admin side. A captain submits five players, each with an MMR, a Dotabuff ID and a screenshot. Each player's public record is checked automatically, the roster is placed against the cap and the other registered teams, and the submission becomes a ticket thread where admins approve or deny it. Nothing here is sent anywhere: the lookup is simulated and screenshots stay in your browser.
